Humidity Level in Your Home During the Summer

We ALL love to finally say Goodbye to the cold and nasty wind chills and say Hello Summer!!!

With Summer - comes Humidity.

Always make sure to keep the Humidity in your home below 55% during the summer months. Your flooring can take on the moisture in your home from too much humidity and expand. Carpet can wrinkle and hard surfaces can buckle. When these things happen, occasionally repairs can be made. Keep in mind, damage to flooring because of excess humidity is NOT covered under any warranties se these repairs are at YOUR expense.

If repairs, can not be made, you may be looking at replacing the ENTIRE floor.

So to keep it short - protect your investment - protect your flooring - keep the humity below 55%!!

Have a great summer!
