Flooring Solutions is the largest floor covering store in Northeast Nebraska. It was founded in 2002 by Todd and Stephanie Pospisil.

Todd and Stephanie live in Norfolk and have three children, Taylor, Ashlen, and Drew. Todd has been in the flooring business for over 20 years.  He is an avid golfer.  He has been an asisstant coach for the Norfolk Catholic football team since 1991 and has been a volunteer coach for many of his children's teams as well.  Stephanie has been in the flooring business for over 10 years.  She enjoys golfing too, though she is not as good as Todd, and attending her children's numberous activities.  They both spend much of their free time volunteering for their Church, children's school and commnity.

Sales Manager Pam Davidson has 16 years of sales experience in the flooring industry. She has been Sales Manager at Flooring Solutions for the last 5 years. She has 2 grown children and is a very doting grandmother of 4. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Office Manager Deb Riedel lives with her husband Jay in Norfolk. She has been with Flooring Solutions for 7 years.

Warehouse Manager Dave Gall lives with his wife Deb in Norfolk. He has over 25 years of warehouse experience and has been with Flooring Solutions for the past 3 years. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and working outdoors.

Sales Team

Kayla Sterner is a Norfolk native and has returned to the area after time away for college. She has been working in sales for the past 11 years. She loves to do interior decorating and is eager to assist customers with their projects. Kayla also enjoys watersports and spending time outdoors.

Brian Gall lives with his wife Kirbi in Norfolk. He has lived in the community his entire life and spends time volunteering at his church and former high school. He loves hunting and other outdoor sports. Brian is kept busy at home learning the ropes of being a father to their new bundle of joy.

Chase Warneke lives with his fiancee, Alyssa, and their daughter in Pierce.  He is a graduate of Pierce High School and has lived in the area his whole life. He has 5 years of sales experience and enjoys working with people. Chase spends his free time golfing, playing basketball, and being with friends and family.
